Learn more about Milonga Etiquette and develop your own skills and understanding of the music, the dance and the soul of Argentine Tango, on your own 'tango journey'. This is your chance to work with your teachers and each other for a richer and more fulfilling understanding of this unique dance and culture.

Challenge Finals in Sydney over Easter long weekend with

International Judges Carolina Bonaventura & Fernando Galera

The Challenge is followed by workshops with Carolina & Fernando from Easter Sunday - a great chance to work with these incredible Maestros to enhance your tango experience and see their amazing skills in performance and understanding of Argentine Tango. Workshops from All Levels to Advanced in Tango Salon and Stage Tango.

AUSTRALIAN TANGO DANCE CHALLENGE PROGRAMME

  • Qualifying rounds throughout March 2016
  • Extra rounds in Sydney for couples from interstate and country Friday 18 April 2016

The Australian Tango Dance Challenge 2016 will feature an extra challenge for Intermediate to Advanced dance couples in the categories of Vals & Milonga. Rounds are 2 songs in each category.

ROUND 1, 2 plus FINAL are on Friday 18 April, during ATDC/Esquina de Tango Milonga at St John's Church Hall, Darlinghurst. The Milonga will run from 8pm and the Vals & Milonga rounds will begin at 8.30pm.
